Job Summary:

The Sales and Insurance Manager is responsible for managing sales activities, leading the insurance sales team, and achieving sales targets for insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the sales and insurance team
• Promote and sell insurance products
• Set and achieve sales targets
• Recruit, train, and support agents/advisors
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Monitor performance and prepare sales reports

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
