Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales and Insurance Manager to lead sales operations and drive growth in our insurance business. The role involves managing a team, acquiring new clients, and promoting insurance products to achieve business targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Sell life insurance products to new and existing customers.
- Lead and manage a team of insurance advisors or sales agents.
- Set sales targets and help the team achieve them.
- Generate leads through various channels like cold calling, referrals, and field visits.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and need analysis.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory norms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
