Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sales and Insurance Manager to lead the sales team and grow our insurance business. The role includes managing customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring smooth policy processing.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell  life insurance products
  • Lead a team of insurance advisors or agents
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Guide clients in selecting the right insurance plans
  • Maintain strong customer relationships for renewals and referrals

What we Require:
