Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing sales operations, promoting insurance products, leading the sales team, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
• Promote and sell insurance products to customers.
• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and markets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Monitor team performance and provide training or support.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
