Job Summary:

The ideal candidate is responsible for managing sales and insurance activities , achieving business targets, and leading the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the team to achieve targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
• Support team training and development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
