Job Description

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate has to generate lead for insurance sales and manage a team of agents to meet revenue targets. And develop sales strategies and build strong client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Set sales targets and action plans and monitor performance.
• Recruit, train, and coach insurance agents.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, and new clients.
• Prepare reports, forecasts and analyze sales/data trends.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
