We are seeking a Sales and Insurance Representative to promote and sell insurance products through direct field engagement, client meetings, and lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and approach potential clients
• Explain insurance products and recommend suitable plans
• Achieve monthly sales targets through field visits
• Provide post-sale support and maintain client relationships
• Maintain daily activity reports and attend team reviews

Requirements:

• Minimum: Any Graduate
• 2+ years of sales experience (insurance preferred)
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Target-driven with a proactive approach
• Two-wheeler preferred for field travel
