Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell life/general insurance products to new and existing customers
• Conduct field visits to generate leads from open market
• Educate clients about different policy options and benefits
• Assist customers with policy selection, application, and documentation
• Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Provide after-sales support and build long-term relationships

Candidate Profile

• Minimum: Any Graduates preferred
• 2+ years of sales/insurance experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
• Good communication and customer engagement skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Local candidates with a two-wheeler preferred
