Job Overview:
We are hiring sales and insurance representatives to promote insurance products, acquire new customers, and provide excellent service. The role includes generating leads, explaining insurance plans, and closing sales to meet business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explain various insurance policies and assist clients in selecting suitable plans.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide after-sales support and policy servicing.
• Participate in training and skill development programs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream).
• 2+ years of experience in sales, insurance, or BFSI sector (Freshers can also apply).
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Local candidates preferred.
