Job Title: Sales and Insurance Representative
Location: Pune

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic sales and insurance representative to promote and sell insurance products, identify customer needs, and offer tailored solutions. The role involves achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell life, health, or general insurance products.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable plans.
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals.
• Meet sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy sales.
• Provide after-sales support and assist with renewals and claims.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduation is Mandatory.
• Experience: 2+ years in sales (insurance/banking preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and result-driven.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
