Job Summary:
We are hiring an Sales and Marketing Executive to grow and manage our network of agents. Your main role is to recruit, train, and support agents to sell our products and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard new agents
Train agents on products, processes, and compliance
Motivate agents to meet individual and team sales targets
Monitor agent performance and provide regular feedback
Organize meetings, training sessions, and field support
Maintain strong relationships with agents and customers
Ensure all activities comply with company and regulatory standards

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field
2–5 years of experience in sales or channel management (insurance or finance preferred)
Strong communication and people management skills
Ability to achieve targets and lead a team
