Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager
Role Overview:
The Agency Channel Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents to drive sales and achieve growth within the agency network. This role involves developing agent relationships, supporting their performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations while contributing to the overall success of the agency channel.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Growth: Identify and onboard new agents, expand the agency network, and drive sales growth.
- Training & Support: Provide ongoing training and development to agents, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Sales Management: Set sales targets for agents, monitor performance, and offer coaching to meet objectives.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with agents, providing support and resolving issues.
- Compliance & Regulation: Ensure agents follow industry regulations and company policies.
- Reporting: Analyze sales data, generate performance reports, and suggest improvements.
Qualifications Criteria:
- Experience: 2+ years in the sales and marketing.
- Skills: Strong communication, sales, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; insurance certifications are a plus.
