Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate high-quality sales leads and set up meetings for the sales team.

Develop and execute sales development strategies to target new markets, expand existing accounts, and meet or exceed lead generation quotas.

Provide coaching and performance management to SDRs, ensuring they are achieving key performance metrics (KPIs) such as outreach activity, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.

CTC Upto : 4 LPA + On Roll Job + Other Benefits

Desired Candidate :

– Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

– Experience : 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
