Impactful Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of talented insurance agents, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to help them reach their full potential.
- We closely monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and develop effective strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and ensure client needs are consistently met and exceeded.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, building strong internal and external relationships.
- Proactively seek out new clients through networking, prospecting, and industry events.
- Identify and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and understand client needs to provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Actively engage in industry networking events and build lasting professional relationships.
Candidate’s Profile:
- Graduation is compulsory.
- Minimum 1+ years of BFSI and Life Insurance experience.
- Age: 22 to 38 years.
- Candidates must be local natives for at least 3 to 5 years.
