Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Hire, onboard, train and motivate new Sales Development Reps ​both to promote career growth and to increase sales opportunities.

• Track and improve procedures, measurements, and instruments to optimize the SDM team’s performance.

• Act as an example for the SDR team by being prepared to go into the trenches and provide guidance.

• Update senior sales management on pipeline-building data and projections.

• Collaborate with revenue operations, sales managers, account executives, and cross-functional teams to determine and carry out

Desired Candidate :

– Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

– Experience : 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
