Responsibilities

·        Recruit and onboard new insurance agents to expand the agency network.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

·        Set sales targets for agents and monitor their performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed.

·        Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance and agency activities.

·        Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree

·        Experience in Sales and Marketing

·        Age below 38 Years

·        Must be local candidate can apply

·        Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
