Qualification & Experience:
- Must have completed graduation.
- 2+ years of sales and marketing experience in any industry.
- 3+ years in native or residential.
- History of meeting sales goals and managing successful teams.
- Leadership skills to propel team performance.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with agents and clients.
