Job Description
Seeking a dynamic professional to recruit and manage a team of Advisors, drive sales growth, and achieve business team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop multiple channels for agent recruitment, building a strong team of Advisors.
- Collaborate closely with Agents to strategize, plan, and review business activities and targets.
- Drive and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives.
- Ensure the optimal sales mix of company products while adhering to business guidelines.
- Conduct periodic customer meetings to assess market trends and product preferences.
- Address customer queries efficiently, ensuring service quality aligns with Life Insurance standards.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with a strong background in sales.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, or Consumer Durables).
- Must be a local candidate.
- Age requirement: 21 to 38 years.
