We are seeking an Sales and Marketing Manager for the Agency Channel to drive business growth within a designated region. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing a team of skilled financial advisors to meet sales targets and achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and motivate financial advisors to reach and exceed targets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies based on performance analysis.
• Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and support to enhance team performance.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
• Equip agents with effective techniques to target high-value customer segments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing across any industry.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and leading teams.
• Strong leadership abilities to guide the team towards business objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with both agents and clients.
