The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for expanding the company’s insurance portfolio in a designated region by recruiting, training, and managing a network of agents to achieve sales targets and enhance market penetration.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard skilled insurance agents to build a robust network.
• Conduct training sessions to improve agents’ product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Set ambitious sales goals and monitor network performance regularly.
• Analyze market trends to identify high-potential customer segments.
• Provide ongoing support and motivation to agents to ensure target achievement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create region-specific campaigns.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 2+ years of experience in insurance sales or agent management.
• Proven success in meeting sales targets through a team.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills to engage agents and clients.
