  The Sales and Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility. This role requires a blend of leadership, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to increase revenue and customer engagement.

          Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets and increase market share.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Create and implement multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social media, content, etc.).
• Build and strengthen brand identity and positioning.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

         Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree Is Mandatory.
• 1-2 years of Sales experience.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on sales performance.
• Age Criteria : 24 To 40 Years.
