Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet targets, develop effective sales strategies, and analyze market trends.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional channels. Manage content creation and ensure brand consistency.
Develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention. Work with customer service to improve satisfaction.
Provide performance reports and collaborate with other departments to align sales and marketing goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree Is Mandatory.
1-2 years of Sales experience.
Goal-oriented with a focus on sales performance.
Age Criteria : 24 To 40 Years.
