Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead business growth through sales planning and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, improving brand visibility, and achieving revenue targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet business goals.
• Lead a team of sales executives or marketing staff.
• Identify new markets and customer segments for business expansion.
• Generate leads through campaigns, field activities, digital marketing, and referrals.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
