Roles:
– Recruitment and management of Agents –
– Identify, recruit and manage advisors from the respective location.
– Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of the market/ products. Monitor and review agent’s performance.
– Help them achieve maximum business.
– Meet customers on a regular basis for achieving standards Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.
– Seek new customers and increase sales Key Performance Indicators: Agent Recruitment
– Recruit Insurance Advisers and Give Motivation, Suggestions, Lead Generation, and Advice.
– Position of Team Leader
Desired Candidate Profile :
– Qualification: Graduates
– Experience: 2 to 5 years of Field Sales
– Age: Min 21 Years – Max 39 Years
– Two Wheeler Required
