– Looking for Sales and Marketing Manager for our leading life insurance company who can recruit agent and handle team.

CTC : up to 4 LPA+ other benefits

Job Responsibilities :

– Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the Bank channel partners

– Achieving your sales targets as per channel strategy

– Meeting prospective customers with channel sales team to sell insurance solutions

– Hence may require some travel locally at channel partner location to meet customer/client.

– Providing pre- and post-sales support (e.g., claim settlement)

– Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)

– Enabling channel sales team to use latest digital platforms

Candidates Requirements :

– Graduation is Mandatory

– Good Communication Skills

– Minimum 2 Years in any Sales Experience

– Local network required
