– Looking Sales/business Development Manager for our leading life insurance client.

Responsibilities :

– Identify potential clients through various methods.

– Explain policy options and benefits to clients.

– Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage.

– Build strong client relationships and address inquiries.

– Stay informed about insurance products and industry trends.

– Guide clients through the sales process and paperwork.

– Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

– Maintain accurate records and submit necessary reports.

– Comply with licensing and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

– Bachelor’s degree in any stream

– Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Minimum 2 Years

– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

– Self-motivated and target-driven.

– CTC up to 4.00 LPA + other benefits
