As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for examining the future customers and selling our products. You will also be responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving them in a timely manner.
Roles :
– Recruiting a team of financial advisors on commission basis.
– Provide them for training regarding the products.
– Identifying the prospective customers.
– Make them aware of the role.
– Motivating them to generate the business.
– Income and Goal setting exercise for the month
– Joint field work along with Agency partners and advisors to source insurance policy
– Clearance of pending cases for documentation and medicals as a part of the issuance process.
– Train advisors to Achieve monthly objectives and targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
– Must be graduation
– 2+ years experiences in sales and marketing or Banking, Finance
Local network required
Age: 23 to 40 years
CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
