Roles and Responsibilities :

– Charged with developing your team through self-networking

– To increase sales, you must train and inspire them.

– You have to organize sales visit for business development

– Train your team members to generate more sales.

– Scheduling weekly and monthly meetings to discuss methods for achieving the goal

Desired Candidate Profile :

– Any graduate with strong communication abilities and market awareness

– Must have at least two years of experience in sales and marketing

– The capacity to mentor and coach the sales team
