Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 10-12 front-line employees, providing regular guidance, motivation, and support to help them meet their monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
Ensure that the team’s goals align with the company’s business objectives and contribute towards overall growth and success.
Participate in joint fieldwork with team members and advisors to assist in closing deals and driving business growth.
Mentor and support a team of front-line managers and advisors, helping them build long-term, successful careers within the organization.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, continuous learning, and personal development.
Candidate Profile:
Must have a graduation degree in any field.
1 to 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Candidates who are local to the area are preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
Must be between the ages of 21 and 38.
Should be a team player with leadership qualities, and someone who enjoys mentoring and developing others.
