Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to bridge strategy and execution, drive lead generation, and support revenue growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute joint sales and marketing campaigns.
• Generate leads through events, digital channels, and fieldwork.
• Track campaign ROI and report on KPIs.
• Support sales team with marketing collateral and content.
• Maintain CRM records and feedback loops.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing or relevant field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in sales/marketing.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Bike and DL mandatory for field activities.

Salary up to 3.80 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
