Role Summary:

We’re hiring a Sales Team Leader who can build and drive a high-performing team focused on field sales. This role requires active market presence, business generation from scratch, and strong leadership.

What You’ll Do:

Hire, train, and mentor new team members
Assign daily targets and monitor field activities
Guide your team to generate new customer leads on the ground
Conduct regular joint visits and sales meetings
Analyze performance and implement growth strategies
Report daily/weekly progress to management

Who You Are:

A graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in sales and team handling
A self-starter who thrives without lead support
Strong in communication, target management, and team motivation
