Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sales and Relationship Manager to build strong client relationships, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves field sales, lead management, and achieving set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new customers through direct sales activities.
Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients.
Promote products/services and achieve monthly targets.
Conduct regular follow-ups and resolve customer queries.
Maintain sales reports and share updates with management.

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory.
1–3 years of sales/relationship management experience (BFSI preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
