Job Description

Role Summary:

We are hiring for a Sales and Relationship Manager position in Pune for a leading BFSI company. This role involves selling only one core financial product and building strong client relationships to ensure consistent business and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell a specific financial product
Generate leads through direct sourcing, field activity, references, and walk-ins.
Meet monthly sales targets and product penetration goals.
Provide customers with detailed product information and help them choose the right offering.
Ensure complete documentation and compliance during the onboarding process.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers for post-sale support.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline
1 to 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in BFSI or direct selling
Strong communication and customer handling skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Familiarity with the Pune market and willingness to travel locally
