About the Role:

As a Sales Area Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations across a specific region, leading a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets, and driving business growth in the designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet sales targets.
  • Develop and implement area-specific sales strategies.
  • Monitor team performance and provide training and support.
  • Identify business opportunities and market trends within the region.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Regularly report on sales performance and forecast future targets.

Key Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in field sales or sales management.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Minimum undergraduate degree.
  • Age: 25 to 40 years.
  • Local candidates from preferred.

Compensation:

  • Salary (CTC): ₹3.20 LPA to ₹3.80 LPA
