What You’ll Do:
- Take full ownership of sales operations in your assigned area
- Lead, coach, and energize your sales team to achieve targets
- Plan territory-wise growth strategies and execute with precision
- Build strong relationships with channel partners and clients
- Track market trends and competitor moves to stay ahead
You Should Have:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus)
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in field or area management
- Leadership and team-handling experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills
- A passion for results and a never-quit attitude
