Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory.
- Develop strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Train, support, and motivate the sales team.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and risks.
- Ensure market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or area management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Willingness to travel within the area.
