Job Summary:
The Sales Assisstant- BFSI drives business growth by selling insurance policies and services, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They identify customer needs, recommend appropriate insurance products, and handle policy renewals and modifications, while staying current and updated on industry trends and regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors or sales agents.
- Drive the team to achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Provide motivation, mentoring, and performance coaching to team members.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance and provide ongoing guidance.
- Plan and implement effective sales strategies in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular team meetings, sales reviews, and performance updates.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and high levels of client servicing by the team.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth processing and client handling.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing required. (Any Field)
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
