Job Description
Purpose of Work:
hiring, training, and supervising a group of insurance advisers and agents in order to increase sales
Using the agency channel, set goals and promote business growth.
Principal Obligations:
• Find and instruct new agents for insurance.
• Encourage sales representatives to reach and surpass goals.
The performance of agents is monitored and supported by frequent field visits.
• Hold training workshops for sales and product development.
• Establish solid bonds with agents in order to maintain and expand the channel.
• Verify that company and regulatory policies are being followed.
Make daily, weekly, and monthly reports and send them to management.
Competencies and Abilities:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Work experience in insurance sales or a related field for at least one year.
Good team management and leadership abilities.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capacity to inspire and guide a group of people toward excellence.
