Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Associate to support our agency channel operations. The role involves assisting in agent recruitment, driving sales through the agent network, and ensuring smooth coordination between the company and its agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Support in identifying and onboarding new agents/advisors.
Help agents understand products and assist them in selling.
Track agent performance and provide regular support.
Maintain good relationships with agents to ensure long-term engagement.
Assist in training programs and promotional activities.
Share daily updates and reports with the reporting manager.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willing to travel within the assigned area.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
