Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Assistant supports the Sales Manager in day-to-day operations, helps lead the sales team, and ensures sales targets are achieved. This role focuses on customer service, team coordination, and driving overall sales performance. 

Key Roles:

• Promote and sell insurance products
• Assist customers basic queries and provide solution
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Meet sales targets and follow company guidelines
• Maintain basic customer records and documentation
• Lead and support the sales team

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
