Key Responsibilities

• Execute field sales activities within the assigned territory.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market visits.
• Present and promote company products or services to customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Collect market intelligence and provide feedback to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.
• Graduation completed from a recognized institution.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Good understanding of local market dynamics.
