Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate who is comfortable with field work, understands customer needs, follows up effectively, and contributes to the overall growth of the organization.

Department: Sales / Field Sales
Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Field Sales
Qualification: Graduation Completed (Any Stream)
Salary: ₹3.00 – ₹3.15 LPA + Incentives
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits
• Generate new business and achieve monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Promote and explain company products/services to clients
• Collect customer documents and ensure proper follow-ups
• Prepare daily sales reports and update seniors regularly

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Experience in field sales and customer handling
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
