Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– You must assemble and develop a group of life advisors.
– After you train them, you must use them to create business.
– Encouraging and training the entire agency divisional team to meet recruitment and business goals
– Keep an eye on and evaluate the agent’s performance. Aid them in achieving at charge of overseeing the sales manager’s output and supporting them at the beginning
– Make certain that all required training is delivered.
Skills & Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
– Experience: 1+ years in sales
– Age should be between 21 to 38 years
– Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills.
