Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Associate Manager to lead and support a team of sales executives. The role involves driving sales performance, training team members, managing customer relationships, and achieving business targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide a team of sales executives
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Monitor team performance and provide support to achieve targets
- Train and motivate team members on sales techniques and product knowledge
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
