Job Description

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Associate Manager to drive sales growth, manage team performance, and expand business in the assigned area.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
• Manage and lead the sales team for better performance
• Identify new business opportunities and markets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Train and support team members regularly

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduation is mandatory
• 2+ years of experience in sales/marketing
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in target-driven environment
• Good networking and negotiation skills
