A Sales Associate Manager leads and supervises a team of Sales Associates to ensure they meet sales targets, deliver great customer experiences, and follow company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates.
- Implement sales plans, promotions, and campaigns set by higher management.
- Ensure the team delivers high-quality service and resolves customer complaints quickly.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to higher management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-38 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
