Job Summary: 

A Sales Associate Manager is responsible for supervising and supporting a team of sales associates to achieve revenue targets and deliver excellent customer service. They play a key role in enhancing team productivity, improving customer satisfaction, and contributing to overall business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates.
  • Assign sales targets and monitor daily performance.
  • Implement sales plans and promotions to drive business.
  • Ensure consistent execution of the company’s sales strategies.
  • Understand the client needs and suggest the suitable plans, products and policies.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales f
  • Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
  • Preferred local candidate.

  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
  • Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication
  • Ability to build rapport with team members and customers
