Job Description

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate has to generate leads and build a team of sales associates to sell insurance products, achieve sales targets, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance sales associates
• Guide the team to meet sales targets
• Promote insurance products to customers
• Support team in client meetings and follow-ups
• Track performance and report to higher management
• Ensure excellent customer service and retention

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
