Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Associate Manager to drive insurance sales, manage a team of advisors, and help achieve business targets. The role involves both individual sales and team management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents
• Drive sales  and meet business targets
• Support and guide the team to close sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
