Position: Product Sales Manager

Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
Experience: At least 2 years in direct or product sales
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Product Sales Manager to lead a team of field sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product-based selling and a passion for leading teams to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives
Identify customer needs and suggest the best-fit products accordingly
Create and execute sales strategies to achieve defined targets
Conduct product training and skill development programs for the team
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Ensure post-sale support and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth product delivery and service

Ability to manage and motivate sales teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in upselling and cross-selling techniques
